The Customizables.game website allows you to upload content such as images, photographs and models, to create, produce and purchase game sets/set pieces containing the uploaded content for your own use, giving you a certain commission from the revenue of the product as your designs are purchased by others.
Customizables.game undertakes no obligation to monitor or cancel any orders that infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Intellectual property
Customizables.game own the copyright of all content on the website unless otherwise stated. Customizables' logo, brands and other intellectual property elements cannot be used without permission.
When using Cutomizables.game, you retain all ownership rights of your content uploaded and submitted to the website with. Customizables will not share or sell products to any third party unless you give your explicit consent to the option of other users being able to purchase your designs.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use the Customizables.game service to violate the intellectual property rights of others in any way.

Limitations of liability
Customizables.game has the right to cancel your order and terminate your access to the website upon notice to you.
Although our company takes reasonable care and attention regarding the quality of our products, it cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from the use of the products.
Customizables.game will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, business interruption, lost profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages.
Delivery and warranty
Delivery times for our products are within 10 business days from receipt of the order for orders within the Netherlands. In case of delays, the customer is informed and possible alternatives are offered.
Our company guarantees that the product that reaches you will be in good condition. You can exercise your right to cancel and return within 14 business days from the delivery of the product.
Choice of law
This Agreement is governed by Dutch law and in case of any dispute, Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
